These terms govern your use of Cadence, the AI song generator at music.rynn.me.

The service
Cadence lets you describe an idea or paste lyrics and generate songs with vocals and accompaniment in the browser. Features, quotas, providers, and pricing may change. The product UI is in English.
Accounts and guest use
You may create songs without signing in, subject to free daily limits and abuse controls.
Signing in (via InsForge) is required before Keep ($1.99 one-time) or Pro ($13.90/month) checkout so purchases bind to your account.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Pricing and payments
Free: limited daily generations for personal use (see Pricing / Facts for current numbers).
Keep: one-time unlock for a song’s full-quality file / keep rights as described in the product.
Pro: subscription with higher limits and commercial-rights claim as described in the product; billed through Waffo’s hosted checkout.
Taxes, currency display, and renewal are handled by the payment provider’s flow. Cancel Pro via in-app manage billing when signed in, or Waffo’s consumer portal with the checkout email. Access continues until the paid period ends unless stated otherwise at purchase.
Licence to your outputs
Free-plan / unlocked-preview use: personal, non-commercial use unless you purchase a plan that explicitly includes commercial rights.
Pro: includes commercial rights as stated on Pricing / Facts for content you generate while Pro is active, subject to these terms and acceptable use.
Keep ($1.99): unlocks keeping and downloading that song’s full-quality file; it does not by itself grant the same commercial package as Pro unless the product UI says otherwise at purchase.
You must have the rights to any lyrics, names, or other material you submit. Do not submit content you are not allowed to use.
AI outputs can be similar across users; Cadence does not guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement of third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the service for unlawful, harassing, hateful, or exploitative content, including sexual content involving minors.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, payments, or security controls.
Scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms availability.
Misrepresent Cadence-generated audio as purely human-made where disclosure is legally required.
Use the service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or personality rights of others.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or legal risk.
Third-party services
Cadence relies on third parties including InsForge (auth/database), Cloudflare R2 (audio storage), Waffo (payments), Vercel (hosting), and one or more music-generation backends. Their terms and outages can affect Cadence. Provider selection may change; using Cadence means prompts and related parameters are sent to the configured backend to produce audio.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Generation quality, availability, and latency are not guaranteed. Demo or fallback modes may return non-production audio when a live provider is not configured.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR OF MUSIC.RYNN.ME IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF CADENCE. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CADENCE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
