This policy explains what Cadence collects and why when you use the AI song generator at music.rynn.me.
Last updated: 22 October 2026 (Asia/Singapore). Operator: Cadence — the operator of music.rynn.me (no separate legal entity name is published here).
Who we are
Cadence is a browser-based AI song generator. This page covers the service at music.rynn.me and related API hosts we operate for that product. Contact: sunxiufeng1992@gmail.com.
What we collect
Account data (optional until Keep / Pro): email and authentication identifiers via InsForge when you sign up or sign in (email/password or OAuth providers InsForge is configured for).
Creation inputs: prompts, custom lyrics, style/genre/mood choices, and related form fields you submit to generate a song.
Generated content & metadata: job IDs, take versions, titles, lyrics text we store, share IDs, and entitlement records (e.g. free quota usage, Keep unlocks, Pro status).
Audio files: generated MP3 (and related) object bytes stored for preview, Keep, and share links.
Payment-related data: checkout is handled by Waffo (Pancake). We receive webhook events and store entitlement grants tied to your account or checkout email; card numbers are processed by Waffo, not stored by Cadence.
Technical logs: standard server/request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamps, error traces) needed to run and secure the service.
Guest sessions: you can create songs without an account; we may still store generation jobs, audio, and device/session identifiers needed for rate limits and previews.
Where data lives (processors)
InsForge: authentication, user records, and Postgres metadata (songs, entitlements).
Cloudflare R2 (preferred) or fallback storage: audio object bytes for listening and downloads.
Waffo: hosted checkout and billing portal for Keep ($1.99) and Pro ($13.90/mo).
Vercel: app hosting and serverless API for generation orchestration.
Music generation providers: prompts/lyrics and related parameters are sent to the configured generation backend so it can return audio. Provider choice can change over time; do not put secrets or sensitive personal data in prompts.
How we use data
Provide generation, preview playback, share pages, and downloads.
Enforce free daily limits and paid entitlements.
Process Keep / Pro purchases and restore access after sign-in.
Operate, debug, and secure the service (abuse prevention, fraud, outages).
Respond to support emails you send us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your prompts or songs to build a public advertising profile.
Cookies and similar tech
Cadence uses cookies or local storage as needed for sign-in sessions (InsForge auth), basic preference/UI state, and security. We do not run a third-party ad pixel by default. Optional product analytics (e.g. Plausible) is only enabled if explicitly configured for the deployment; when enabled it is for aggregate traffic, not ad retargeting.
Sharing and public links
If you use a public share URL (/s/:id), song metadata and audio may be reachable by anyone with the link (and may appear in Open Graph previews). Treat share links as public.
Retention
Account and entitlement records: kept while your account is active and as needed for billing disputes or legal obligations.
Guest / ephemeral generations: may be deleted or expire when storage or product limits require it; Kept and Pro-associated songs are retained longer so you can access them.
Logs: kept for a limited operational period unless needed for security investigations.
Your choices
Create without an account; sign in only when you Keep a song or subscribe to Pro.
Manage or cancel Pro via in-app billing controls when signed in, or the Waffo consumer portal with the checkout email.
Email sunxiufeng1992@gmail.com to request account deletion, access questions, or correction of account email data. We may need to verify control of the account.
Children
Cadence is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not create an account for a child below that age.
International processing
Infrastructure may process data in the United States and other regions where our providers operate (including InsForge, Cloudflare, Vercel, and Waffo). By using the service you understand your data may be transferred to those locations.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
